The Anti-Corruption and Good Government Secretariat (SABG) reported yesterday, through two circulars published in the Official Gazette of the Federationthe provisional suspension of the sanctions imposed on the company Grupo de Seguridad Privada Pryse of Mexico, involved in the controversy that last June led to the temporary closure of several cultural venues managed by the National Institute of Anthropology and History. The measures also include the company Protección, Resguardo y Servicios Empresariales, SA de CV, which jointly promoted legal resources.
According to the circulars, the sixteenth district court in administrative matters ordered to annul, for now, the disqualifications that prevented both firms from participating in public procurement procedures. The suspensions derive from the amparo trial 2080/2025 and the annulment trial 19965/25-17-13-2, in which the firms challenge resolutions issued last September by the Federal Court of Administrative Justice.
