What cars can’t circulate today?
According to the official calendar, their circulation must be suspended this Wednesday:
-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2
-Cars with red stickers
-Plates that end in 3 or 4
If your vehicle meets any of these conditions, it is advisable to avoid turning it on so as not to expose yourself to financial penalties.

-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2 that do not have red stickers or plates ending in 3 or 4
Will there be a Double Not Circulating Today?
No. This Wednesday the Double Hoy No Circula is not activated because there is no environmental contingency in the Valley of Mexico. The program operates as usual.

The restriction is in force from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in:
The 16 mayoralties of Mexico City
The following 18 municipalities of the State of Mexico:
-Atizapán de Zaragoza
-Coacalco
-Cuautitlán
-Cuautitlán Izcalli
-Chalco
-Chimalhuacan
-Chicoloapan
-Ecatepec
-Huixquilucan
-Ixtapaluca
-La Paz
-Naucalpan
-Nezahualcóyotl
-Nicolas Romero
-Tecámac
-Tlalnepantla
-Tultitlán
-Chalco Valley
In addition, from July 1, 2025, the program also applies in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco, from Monday to Saturday, for cars with holograms 1 and 2. In these areas, fines will begin to be collected from January 1, 2026.
Fines for non-compliance
Driving on a restricted day can cost you between 20 and 30 UMA, that is, between 2,262 and 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that issues the violation.
