In that checkpoint, agents of the Bolivarian National Guard searched a private vehicle and located behind a seat the eight panels of marijuana, a stash that totaled 3 kilos 900 grams. They also found 8 doses of synthetic drugs (tusi), the report says.
The driver came from Maicao, Colombia, according to the minutes published by Detachment 112 of the GNB.
And in Paraguaipoa, also the border area of Zulia with Colombia, the military detained four people allegedly dedicated to micro-drug trafficking. One of those people, who was traveling on public transport, had six wrappers of marijuana and five wrappers of cocaine attached to his body.
