The authorities in the south of the Aburrá Valley are investigating the discovery of a bagged body in the Pan de Azúcar village of the municipality of Sabaneta.

The discovery was reported around noon this Saturday, December 6. Residents of the area alerted the emergency line about a suspicious lump in a green area near the La Cumbre Residential Unit.

Upon arriving at the site, the Police patrol found the lifeless body of a man, whose identity is still unknown. The body was found inside a plastic bag and, additionally, it was wrapped in a polyshadow black. According to the preliminary report, the body was hidden among the vegetation, just two meters from the public road.

The Police carried out the technical inspection of the place and have opened a investigation to determine the identity of the victim, the possible causes of death and who could be behind this violent crime.

This recent homicide It occurs four months after the first case registered in Sabaneta this year, which occurred on August 24. The victim was Elías Bartolo Causil Ramos, 65 years old, popularly known as “El Suave”, who was murdered with a knife in the El Trapiche neighborhood. Fact that is being investigated.
