Cabello also referred to the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to the leader of the opposition, María Corina Machado, which will take place this Wednesday, January 10, in Oslo, Norway, and said: “We know nothing about that. “We do not participate in that auction.”
He said that among the winners of the Nobel Peace Prize “there is not much to look for” and assured that “everything is paid for in this life.” At the same time, Cabello insisted: “We have the best of prizes: this town and the tranquility in which we live.”
In that sense, he reported that in the country the only thing planned for this coming Wednesday is a peasant march to remember the Battle of Santa Inés.
María Corina Machado assured the Norwegian Nobel Institute that will attend the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony in personwhich will take place on December 10 in Oslo.
The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, recently stated that if the opposition member, María Corina Machado, leaves the country, she will be considered a fugitive from justice: “Being outside of Venezuela and having numerous criminal investigations, she is considered a fugitive.” He said that he is accused of “acts of conspiracy, incitement to hatred, terrorism.”
Panama’s rejection of mediation
