Who receives payment from December 8 to 12?
Beneficiaries whose initial letter of the first surname begins with the following letters:
Monday, December 8: D, E, F
Tuesday, December 9: G
Wednesday, December 10: H, I, J, K, L
Thursday, December 11: M
The calendar does not establish a dispersion of money for Friday, December 12, these will be reactivated on Monday the 15th.
This last deposit of the year corresponds to the November-December two-month period and is allocated 1,900 pesos for each student, plus 700 pesos if there is an extra student in the same secondary school grade.
The payment can be consulted through the Banco del Bienestar Mobile App where the movements of the Banco del Bienestar card are also displayed. You can also call the Banco del Bienestar telephone line: 800 900 2000 dial 1 and enter the 16 digits of your card and your year of birth to check your balance.

The federal agency recommends that beneficiaries not withdraw the money in a single payment and that they can also make payments in establishments that have a bank terminal.
Regarding coverage, the Secretary of Public Education (SEP), Mario Delgado Carrillo, reported that during the 2024–2025 school year, the Rita Cetina Universal Scholarship, had an increase in the number of beneficiaries, going from 4 million 181 thousand 353 to 7 million 41 thousand 356, which represents an increase of 68.7%.
“This support promotes educational inclusion and ensures that practically all students complete this level without interruptions,” the SEP detailed in a statement.
The federal agency recalled that in 2026, the scholarship will be expanded to primary level students with the aim of supporting more than 21 million students.
