Pangoa: In her house and in sacks they find the body of a woman burned and dismembered

The search is over, but the nightmare is not yet. Karen Martínez Ibarra (26), mother of a little girl, was searched intensively and today her body was found burned and dismembered in the town center of San Ramón de Pangoa in Satipo.

The suspect in the feminicide is her romantic partner, Juan Virgilio Garay Arca. Karen Martínez’s mother said that her son-in-law called her on the phone and asked her to come from Pucallpa to take care of her granddaughter. According to the man he said, his wife had gone to work.

The mother did not think twice and traveled immediately. When he arrived at his daughter’s house he found her clothes and a burned mattress. In addition, Karen’s neighbors told her that the previous week during the early hours, they heard screams and then saw Juan Garay burning a mattress throughout the day.

Today, members of the Criminal Investigation Division (DEPINCRI) of Pangoa arrived at the scene to carry out the removal of the body and the investigation. Juan Garay would be missing.

With this, there would be 10 femicides that have occurred in the Junín region so far this year.
