Santo Domingo.- Since the beginning of the criminal investigation into the National Health Insurance case (SENASA), Eduardo Read was formally made available to the Public Ministry and has collaborated continuously with all the requirements of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic.
According to his legal team, Read has voluntarily surrendered more than 1,250 evidentiary elements and documentation that support compliance with the obligations assumed by the group companies, the provision of services in optimal conditions, previously audited by SENASA and SISALRIL, and the technical criteria that supports capitated payments.
The businessman has also complied with the requirements of the Public Asset Recovery Team (ERPP), providing the requested information and documents.
