Vice President Rodríguez will present the 2026 Budget Law before the AN

During the plenary session of this December 4, the National Assembly (AN) will have on the agenda the presentation and discussion of the Budget Bill for the Financial Year 2026 and the Special Annual Debt Law Bill for the Economic and Financial Year 2026, in accordance with the regulations of Parliament. The session is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.

In the first point, the right to speak will be granted to the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, who will present the projects for the economic and financial year 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Article 312 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Likewise, the discussion of the Budget Bill for the Financial Year 2026 and the Special Annual Debt Bill for the Financial Year 2026 will be held, in accordance with the provisions of article 104 of the Internal Regulations and Debate of the AN.

These projects mark the beginning of the legislative debate that will define the nation’s economic and financial framework for next year 2026, being of vital importance for the planning and execution of public policies.
