This Saturday the swearing-in and decoration ceremony of the “September 2025 Contingent” of the personnel of the Presidential Honor Guard and Dgcim took place from the Fuerte Tiuna Military Complex in Caracas.
During the activity, the Commander of the Custody Battalion No. 3, Gabriel Alejandro Rendón Vilches, reported that 5,600 combatants have been trained under the tactical method of revolutionary resistance in perfect fusion, police-military-popular of men and women who will demonstrate to the entire world that Venezuela respects itself.
And he pointed out that “under no circumstances will they allow the invasion of any empire” into Venezuelan territory.
With these words from Rendón, the director of Military Counterintelligence M/G Javier Marcano Tábata, was in charge of giving permission to the act that is carried out specifically at the Shooting Range.
After being sworn in, Marcano Tábata added that both organizations represent the United Liberation Army of the 21st century that is prepared for any circumstance.
Likewise, he presented the banners to the Commanders of the isolated Tactical and Fundamental Units of the Special Forces Brigades Grand Marshal of Ayacucho G/J Antonio José de Sucre.
In his speech, he conveyed to all the personnel present in training, the fraternal greeting of the Commander in Chief, Nicolás Maduro Moros, who thanked the family presence who attended to observe the swearing-in of his sons and daughters who committed to defend the homeland.
He pointed out that the swearing-in constitutes a commitment of which they are fully aware of the dimension involved in being a soldier of the Bolivarian Revolution in moments like this where imperialism threatens the country.
He added that every day they will defend the peace, independence and freedom of the nation.
He indicated that in the face of the disproportionate power of the US imperialists, the Venezuelan military personnel adjust the doctrine of the war of resistance.
“We have the great strength of the military – police – popular fusion, today it is stronger than ever (…) so, therefore, we are in permanent actions and offensive, the enlistment and preparation of the prolonged people’s war.”
He assured that in this preparation one must be aware that an officer is a citizen with the highest training, and that his knowledge covers conventional and unconventional warfare, as well as armed and unarmed struggle, in which symmetrical struggle is also integrated.
