However, from the Association of Officials of Casa de Galicia (Afuncag) they claim that the Uruguayan Federation of Health (FUS) wants to go to the negotiation with a single worker of the mutual insurance company, as a substitute, and three directors of the Federationsources from Afuncag informed The Observer.

The general secretary of the FUS, Jorge Bermúdez, explained to The Observer that the participation of the FUS follow the regulations of the Law No. 20,022what marked a way out of the situation of Casa de Galiciaapproved by all parties in Parliament on February 8.
Article 4 of the law states that Group 15 of the Salary Council, of “Health Services” and Annexes “General Health” will be the area in which “the terms of the new employment relationship will be established”. Conflict from the start
The problems between FUS and a faction of Afuncag began in the voting of the distribution plan of the officials after the closure of the mutualdecreed by the Judiciary on December 23.

On January 21, the Federation met with the interim representative table of Afuncag and ratified the agreement with the government, although the interim directive of that time assured that it was necessary to discuss it in assembly. A few days later they asked for more time to find another alternative to the one agreed upon.
Mobilization against the PIT-CNT

The distribution
April 1 the members of Casa de Galicia will be distributed to five mutualists: Evangelical Hospital, Catholic Circle, Uruguayan Center for Medical Assistance (Cudam), the Universal Medical Society and the Regional Cooperative for Comprehensive Medical Assistance (CRAMI).
Members whose identity documents end in 0 or 9 will be sent to the Universal Medical Societywhile those who have 1 or 5 as the last digit of the ID will go to the Evangelical Hospital.
On the other hand, those with termination 3 and 7 will be reassigned to Cudam and those who are 2, 4, 6 and 8 will go to the Catholic Circleas established by the resolution.
