Tasks for the PNB
Maduro assigned highly important tasks to the body of cadets, students and teaching staff, for the consolidation of the Comprehensive Defense of the Nation and National Power.
The National President urged joint reflection and the development of proposals, under the concept of a permanent multidimensional offensive, which aims to ensure the peace and existence of the Republic.
In this sense, he focused his speech on the importance of training in the Bolivarian doctrine, in geopolitics and in the construction of the new society, for the strengthening of National Power.
First task: Proposals for the permanent offensive
The first task assigned aims to collect the prospective analysis of the academic and student community regarding the strengthening of the security and defense strategy of the Homeland.
The point of reflection focuses on determining the additional actions that the Nation must implement to reinforce the permanent offensive and guarantee the triumph of peace in any circumstance in the months and years to come.
This task was especially required of all Academy students, in 16 paragraphs of two pages each, presented in handwriting. Teaching staff must also participate in this reflection, for the benefit of the National Executive.
Second task: Contribution to National Power from the Police System
The second instruction from the head of state addresses the geopolitical dimension and the role of state security agencies in the construction of National Power.
He requested an analysis of the way in which the Bolivarian National Police, the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (CICPC), the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN), and the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM), will contribute to building the immense Power of the Venezuelan Nation.
The analysis must be based on the concept of a comprehensive and new National Power, which transcends the traditional Public Powers and includes social, communal, political, economic, military powers and the powerful spirituality and national identity.
President Maduro set a deadline of twenty-four 24 hours for the delivery of these reflections, establishing 6:00 pm on Saturday as the limit.
