A weightlifting woman struggled with a thief who entered her business premises in the Normandía neighborhood of Bogotá, with the intention of stealing several offered objects and also her belongings.
The young woman sells metal detection equipment and this subject managed to snatch money from her, but thanks to the woman’s reaction, the criminal did not fulfill his mission.
She struggled with the thief applying all her strength thanks to hours and hours of training.
“I train, I have strength. I treated him like a normal client, he started talking on the phone for a long time, he was very nervous. He made strange movements and I noticed the matter, “he said on Caracol News cameras.
Then he gave notice to the community who managed to catch the subject. The authorities arrived at the site and proceeded to arrest him.
“I started screaming for the neighbors to come when we started the struggle. I pushed him, he pushed me; I didn’t want to let him out until citizenship arrived,” the woman said.
