The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv) and minister for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, reported this Wednesday that 1,474 air operations have been carried out in the country since the US government threatened Venezuela with the closure of its airspace.
Cabello detailed during his program 554 of Con el Mazo Dando that 101,813 people have been mobilized by air routes, of which 65,207 are on domestic flights and 36,606 people are on international flights.

“304 compatriots who were in Mexico, who had requested their voluntary return and on the strength of this plan created by President Nicolás Maduro Moros, constitutional president, has allowed us to return them,” said Gil from the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía.
266 migrants from the US set foot on Venezuelan lands
On the second flight received in Maiquetía, 266 Venezuelan migrants arrived from the United States, after the president of this country sent a request to the national government to receive them.
“We are receiving flight number 95 of the Vuelta a la Patria Plan this year 2025 and with these compatriots who are arriving from the United States, we can say that we are reaching 18,354 compatriots who freely return to the Bolivarian homeland,” said Gil upon receiving this second plane.
The chancellor pointed out that from the United States alone we have received 14,407 compatriots, “thanks to the efforts of President Maduro and his humanist policy.”
Psychological terrorism
Cabello highlighted that the Venezuelan people will emerge fully strengthened, as in all battles, from the psychological terrorism that the extremist opposition sector has been applying, especially in recent months.
In that sense, he maintained that “we are going to come out of this stronger as we have come out stronger from all the battles.”
«Our country has been attacked throughout this year, but in the last four months, it has been a psychological terrorism against our People. Every day they invent something,” he emphasized.
Cabello ironized that now, according to some, the Catatumbo Lightning “are rockets that are being launched over Venezuela. “That’s what they say and they transform it into news.”
“They (extremists) get entangled in their own stories, but they launch it and there are people who were hit by psychological warfare, but this has already happened at the level of psychological terrorism,” he pointed out.
