From the Editorial

Wednesday, December 3, 2025, p. 4

Faced with mobilizations of agricultural producers from Puebla, Veracruz and Tlaxcala, who blocked roads prior to the discussion of the General Water Law, the Ministry of the Interior (SG) called on them to avoid harm to third parties and allow free transit. The SG “recognizes the right to demonstrate and express their demands; however, it reiterates the importance of these actions being carried out avoiding impacts on third parties, free transit and the operation of essential services.” He stated that the government maintains “its obligation to listen, attend and build solutions through dialogue.”
