The EBC Marketing and Business Executive Management and TV Brasil promoted, this Tuesday (2), a special edition of Cinema TV Brasil Animada at the Cine Cultura at Liberty Mall, in Brasília (DF). Around 50 students from the Incra 8 Educational Center, in Brazlândia, and 45 children attended by Casa de Ismael watched the animations Bóris e Rufus – Especial de Natal and Pedrinho e a Chuteira da Sorte, productions by partners Belli Studio and Viu Cine that are part of the public channel’s children’s program.
The objective of the initiative was to guarantee access to culture and provide a space for coexistence and hospitality, in addition to reinforcing EBC’s social commitment with a special Christmas action. The activity takes place within the 18th anniversary of the creation of TV Brasil.
“Carried out in a period full of symbolism, the action embraces the Christmas spirit of solidarity and empathy. Its purpose is to create a lasting affective memory, bringing TV Brasil Animada closer to children and showing that access to culture, quality entertainment and social care should be a right for everyone”, explains the executive manager of Marketing and Business at EBC, Ana Carolina Machado.
The exhibition also integrates TV Brasil’s social commitment, which maintains one of the few free children’s tracks on open television. From Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 12:15pm, the broadcaster shows educational, inclusive and diverse content for children from the five regions of the country.
Throughout the year, the schedule featured titles such as O Show da Luna, Galinha Pintadinha and Mundo Bita, in addition to encouraging public participation with activities, coloring materials, interactive books and the publication of drawings sent by children.
