Flamengo dominates the selection of the last Copa Libertadores da América. Rubro-Negro da Gávea, which won its fourth title in the competition by defeating Palmeiras 1-0 last Saturday (29) in Lima (Peru), has seven players in the ideal team for the competition announced this Tuesday (2) by Conmebol (South American Football Confederation).
Goalkeeper Rossi, defenders Léo Pereira and Danilo, midfielders Pulgar, Carrascal and Araascaeta and striker Pedro are Flamengo’s representatives in the Conmebol selection. Palmeiras, who played in the final of the competition with Rubro-Negro, has defender Gustavo Gómez and striker Flaco López.

The third team with representatives in the ideal Libertadores team is Racing (Argentina), which was eliminated in the semifinal stage by Flamengo. The Academy players are midfielder Sosa and striker Maravilla Martínez.
Last Saturday, Rubro-Negro became the first four-time champion of Brazilian football America by defeating Palmeiras 1-0 thanks to a goal from defender Danilo at the Monumental de U Stadium, in Lima (Peru).
