MICM obtains the Great Place to Work® Certification

He Ministry of IndustryCommerce and MSMEs (MICM) received Great Place to Work® Certification™, an international recognition that assesses trust, organizational culture and work experience within institutions. He highlighted that the institution has transformed its work environment through clear policies and sustained improvements that guarantee modern conditions and an environment of trust and professionalism.

In a statement from the ministry it was indicated that Bisonó stressed that the valid certification the institutional evolution of recent years and consolidates a organizational culture aligned with the values ​​of public service. Great Place to Work® Caribbean and Central America highlighted the level of commitment, cultural consistency and organizational maturity of the MICMpointing it out as a reference for other institutions in the region.
