Who are they?
According to intelligence, they would be members of the Border Commandos and part of an urban commission with more than 11 years of criminal activity.
They would be under orders alias Jota and alias Bonitoenergizing extortion and threats to strengthen illicit finances.
Alias Sica would be a trusted man alias El Zarco and alias Bonito.
They would be responsible for at least six homicides linked to drug trafficking in lower Putumayo.
In 2014 they would have integrated the armed wing known as La Costru.
