Aimed at students from the 6th year of Elementary School to the third year of High School, the Financial Education Direct Treasury Olympiad (Olitef) announced, this Monday (1), the opening of the 2026 edition.
The educational competition — created by the Brazilian Stock Exchange and the National Treasury — seeks to encourage the learning of personal finance, basic financial mathematics and investments among young people.
The opening of the registration process was brought forward this year so that schools have more time to plan at the beginning of the school year. Registration is free and can be done through the Olympics website.
Both students from private and public schools are eligible to compete, as well as students from the Youth and Adult Education (EJA) program. All registered students will have free access to the preparatory material and will be able to issue a certificate of participation.
