The president of the ACIS, Mark Santanaproposed the creation of a “integrated fiscal pact“modern and responsible” that guarantees a financially strong and sustainable State.
“This pact must expand the tax base without affecting productivity, promote formality and ensure that each citizen contributes according to their real capacity,” Santana explained.

San Francisco Highway to Santiago
He also made a direct call to the businessmen of San Francisco de Macorís, Tenares, Salcedo, Moca and Santiago to unite in onestrategic table that promotes the four-lane highway from San Francisco de Macorís to Santiago“, a work that he described as “indispensable to strengthen the productive corridor of the northwest.”
The event, held on the campus of the Pontifical Catholic University Mother and Teacher (Pucmm), brought together the main business leaders and authorities of the northern region.
