Call to the political and business elite
The message was not only a warning to the government, but an ultimatum to opposition leaders, businessmen and social figures who maintain an ambiguous position. Captain Nieto Quintero demanded these sectors to abandon lukewarmness and support publicly the intervention. “Carive them demands that they come out to show their faces and encourage the people so that they can give a round of applause to the Southern Command.”

The Active Coalition of the Venezuelan International Reserve is defined as an independent organization, without ties to political parties or economic interests.
