Santo Domingo.- Within the framework of the 91st anniversary of the Ministry of Public works and Communications (MOPC), the minister Eduardo Estrella established a clear guideline for contractors and teams technical: strict compliance with deadlines, maximum quality in execution and absolute guarantee of payment by the State.
“The country expects works well done and delivered on time. We guarantee the resources; You guarantee the quality,” said Estrella.

after concluding the Eucharist celebrated in the Primate Cathedralheaded by Monsignor Carlos Tomás Morel Diplan and with the presence of Vice President Raquel Peña and the First Lady Raquel Arbaje.
The minister thanked the president Luis Abinader for the trust deposited and reaffirmed that the institutionality and closeness to the people will continue to be the hallmark of the management.
“We are birds of passage and we only leave traces through the service, we must listen to the communities, address their concerns and accompany them in the process,” he highlighted.
Likewise, he gave special recognition to the MOPC workers “those who sustain the prestige of this institution with their efforts” and announced that he is working on a readjustment wage for these essential personnel.
During the homily, Monsignor Morel stressed the importance of institutionality in the function public and called on the servants to maintain “the human and social sense” of service to the country.
At the end of the eventStar led a wreath at the Altar of the Homeland as a tribute to the founders of the nation.
