According to the forecast, maximum values are expected that could exceed 29 °C in the central mountains, in addition to wind gusts close to 45 km/h and a notable increase in ultraviolet radiation due to the low cloud cover.

Given this situation, INDECI urged the population to use sunscreen, hats and glasses with UV filters; drink plenty of fluids; avoid direct exposure to the sun during hours of greatest intensity; and ensure that perishable foods, especially fish and meat, are kept in good condition to prevent poisoning. It is also recommended to adequately ventilate the environments and avoid physical activities between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
