Officials from the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) detained a man who was transporting 8 panels of marijuana, which yielded 5 kilos 483 grams.
The information was aired on the Instagram account of the Ministry of the Interior, from which it is specified that the arrest occurred on El Ejercito Avenue in the Catia La Mar parish, La Guaira state.
The detainee and the cache were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office.
In another procedure, military agents detained a subject and seized a container of professional pasta, inside which they were transporting 8 panels of marijuana, with a total weight of 5 kilos 240 grams.
The man’s arrest took place at the Citizen Service Point, located in Peracal (Táchira), where agents of the Bolivarian National Guard are stationed.
The trafficker came in a motorcycle taxi from San Antonio del Táchira bound for Valencia (Carabobo).
