Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), authorized this Tuesday (25) that former president Jair Bolsonaro receive special food at the Federal Police Superintendence (PF), in Brasília, where he is being held.
With the decision, a person previously registered by the defense will be able to deliver the food to the former president at the time stipulated by the corporation. The request for special food was made by Bolsonaro’s lawyers.
Moraes determined that the Federal Police must inspect and record the food taken to the former president.
Earlier, Bolsonaro was sentenced to 27 years and three months in prison in the criminal prosecution of the coup plot carried out by the STF.
