Likewise, another man identified as Sneider Galvan was found dead in a rural area in the town of The Gabarrawith several gunshot wounds.
The other murder occurred last November 19when he was found dead Geovanny Galvis Martínezwho had been kidnapped while riding his motorcycle at kilometer 14 of the Tibú–La Gabarra highway.
For his part, the governor of Norte de Santander, William Villamizarrejected the kidnappings that have occurred in recent weeks and asked to leave the civil community out of the conflict.
“We call on the armed groups of Catatumboso that these hostilities towards the civilian population cease; so that this wave of kidnappings that has intensified does not continue.
