The commander of the Capital Integral Defense Strategic Region, M/G Javier José Marcano Tábata, together with the commander of the Miranda Integral Defense Operational Zone, G/D Johan Hernández Larez reported that officials of the Bolivarian Militia were deployed through the URRA (Rapid Reaction Units) to the border area of Apure state to advance in the Bolivarian Shield Vuelvan Caras exercise instructed by President Maduro and thus combat violent Colombian drug-trafficking terrorist groups, Tancol.
