Goes located 14 explosive devices in Táchira

A total of 14 explosive devices were located in a house located in El Palmar, Ayacucho municipality (San Juan de Colón), Táchira, near the border line with Colombia.

Some details of the procedure were published on the social networks of the Strategic Operations Group (Goes), attached to the Ministry of the Interior, Justice and Peace, whose agents were carrying out patrols within the framework of the civil-military operation Independence 200, promoted by President Nicolás Maduro to confront the threat from the United States. There it is specified that the 14 explosive devices were synchronized within a home “attributed to organized crime groups.”

The devices were destroyed in a controlled manner by agents of the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin) in the vicinity of the abandoned home. “This operation stands out as an action to reaffirm the defense of National Sovereignty,” says the Goes report.
