Different leaders sent letters of congratulations to President Nicolás Maduro, regarding his birthday, at the same time that they ratified their support for his administration and the sovereignty of Venezuela.
One of the letters was signed by the President of the Republic of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, who highlighted the “political wisdom” of the Venezuelan head of state, “his dedication to the people and his firm defense of sovereignty.”
«In these current difficult geopolitical situations, we become witnesses of the birth of a new multipolar world, in the voice of each State, it will have strength and importance. It is necessary to apply maximum joint efforts so that this just world order becomes a reality in the near future,” says President Lukashenko, in his letter published by the Venezuelan Foreign Minister, Yván Gil, on his Telegram channel.
Likewise, it stands in solidarity with Venezuela and repudiated the American threat in the Caribbean Sea and assured that the Venezuelan people will be able to defend their sovereignty and dignity.
Cuba reaffirms ties of union and solidarity
Another of the letters published by Gil was sent by the president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, where he ratified the ties of union between Caracas and Havana, as well as his solidarity in the face of the imperial threat.
“Receive the warmest congratulations on your birthday,” begins the text addressed to President Maduro and continues by pointing out that “we are convinced that the brave and heroic people of Venezuela will emerge victorious against the new imperial threats.”
Likewise, he maintained that he can continue “counting on Cuba in the fight for the development of our nations.”
Nicaragua and Venezuela a single fight
For his part, the president of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, also sent a letter to his counterpart Maduro, where he highlights the challenges that both nations have had, “in tough situations, on difficult paths, at challenging crossroads.”
Ortega showed his appreciation to the Venezuelan president and congratulated him on his birthday, while inviting him to “continue to be an inspiration, example, courage, joy, bravery.”
“Always beyond and always together, in times of sacrosanct and certain battles, for the greatest and most decisive victories,” he concluded.
