Therefore, thanks to this functionality, any client who has been a victim of theft will be able to approach the nearest BCP Agent and request the total blocking of their BCP cards, both debit and credit, protecting their money immediately and reducing the possibilities of fraud,” said Anna Lenka Jáuregui, Marketing and Communications Manager. of the BCP.
The process is fast, secure and accessible, and only requires the DNI number and PIN code to validate the client’s identity. Furthermore, according to bank data, there are more than 10,000 BCP Agents present in 86% of districts nationwide, which allows this solution to be available to millions of people.
