During working hours and minutes after finishing the Bomberoton conference, announced to take place next weekend, the manager of Development and Social Inclusion of the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo, Yimer Quispe Paitán, was searched inside a well-known chicharronería near the Regional Government.
The official was accompanied by two other people, including an official from the regional entity who was also on working hours.
When asked about his stay at the premises during his work hours, Quispe Paitán stated that it was “a meeting aimed at coordinating the preparation of tents for the Bomberoton solidarity event.” However, his explanation was not convincing, since he did not present documents or authorizations proving that he carried out official activities outside his office.
Meets with questioned
The informality with which these coordinations were maintained has raised new alerts. Among those attending the improvised meeting, engineer Luis Tolentino, a regional official previously involved in questions for alleged irregular charges for the assignment of positions during the “Los Andes” Marathon fair, was identified.
This background raises concern about the transparency of the agreements that would be being made for the next solidarity event.
Lack. Asked about this fact, the municipal manager of the MPH, Jhoselim Meza, ruled out that any coordination in restaurants had been authorized.
“All meetings must be held in institutional premises. If it is field work, it would be held in the fire company, never in a food establishment,” Indian. He added that the manager’s behavior could constitute a disciplinary offense.
