At the Binational Prayer Meeting for Peace, held at the Miraflores Palace, various pastors from the Christian and evangelical churches in the country met and reaffirmed that Venezuela is a nation rich in values and spiritual wealth that unites to fight for the country.
The meeting took place in a context of solidarity, where the capacity of religious communities to strengthen national unity was highlighted. “We are a country rich in values, with spiritual wealth and with the strength to unite when we have to,” said the coordinator of the Ministerial Board of Miranda state, Eferson Pérez.
For his part, the pastor and professor of the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL), Ernesto Acosta, pointed out that no human power, national or international, can dismantle the purpose that God has placed in the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, to lead the destinies of the nation.
“The Lord God unleashed a purpose in you for this nation, that is fulfilled, because there is no human or international force that can dismantle the plan that God has placed in you,” stated Acosta.
In addition, he prayed for peace in Venezuela, indicating that Jesus Christ has determined that the country is his territory. With this, he reaffirms the spiritual dimension of unity that characterizes the Venezuelan people in the midst of challenges.
The day concluded with the participation of various religious leaders who agreed on the need to maintain faith as an element of social cohesion and support for the stability of the country. The meeting is consolidated as a space for reflection and spiritual commitment in favor of peace and the defense of the nation.
