The Temporary Collegiate Criminal Court Subspecialized in Violence against Women of Huancayo issued the sentence after the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office of Jauja presented evidence that confirmed the responsibility of the accused, including the statement of the aggrieved woman in Gesell camera.
