With 235,722 minutes in hand from the 241,237 Integrated Bolivarian Base Committees to be formed, the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv), Captain Diosdado Cabello, offered the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, an assessment of the deployment days carried out during two weekends in the communities for the support they should receive before the upcoming National Popular Consultation on November 23, 2025.
The information was released during the broadcast of the Con Maduro+ program, number 97, where it was revealed how the three tasks instructed by the head of state were fulfilled:
• Consolidate the team on the street to establish the work circle of the Comprehensive Base Bolivarian Committee.
• Preparation of each Comprehensive Base Bolivarian Committee for the comprehensive defense of their street, their neighborhood, their community with a single slogan: peace.
• Support the consolidation of all Communal Councils, Communal Circuits and Communes.
A total of 33,526 assemblies were held throughout the country, achieving a mobilization of more than 4 million people, through the organizational muscle of the Psuv, Cabello reported.
Faced with this balance, President Maduro said “it is not a garlic shell, it is a power. In this case it is an immense national political power. 235,000 streets, with work teams, leadership, with their bosses, with their bosses,” are properly organized.
For his part, Jorge Rodríguez also offered details of the sessions carried out. He indicated that “the great dream of Commander Chávez when he proposed a party of the Revolution” was fulfilled; it was materialized in these days of communal deployment.
