Huancayo: clandestine night club closed and venues sanctioned for serious misconduct

In an operation carried out at dawn, the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo closed a clandestine night club that operated on the fourth floor of a building at Jr. Ancash No. 415, where 17 women and 11 customers were found, in addition to condoms, blister packs of pills and unhealthy environments. The premises did not have a license for special business, so the commune ordered its immediate closure and seized all its assets. Civil Defense also fined him S/ 2,550 for operating without an ITSE certificate.

The multisectoral deployment included intervention in other night shifts. In the “La Penca” club, located at Jr. Puno No. 129, rodent excreta were found in the kitchen area, a lack of fire protection system and security personnel without Sucamec accreditation. The establishment was temporarily closed and received a fine of S/ 5,350 for health risk.

The “Mr. Juerga” nightclub, at Jr. Ayacucho No. 773, was also temporarily closed for modifying the conditions of its ITSE certificate.

At the same time, the Traffic Management and the PNP towed eight vehicles to the Municipal Depot, including informal taxis and poorly parked units in rigid areas. The operation had the support of the Huancayo Serenazgo.
