They also prescribe and deliver medications, as well as care for minor emergencies such as healing wounds, managing fever, acute pain, allergies and dehydration.
Migration explained that the young woman Melisa Jean Baptisteafter giving birth at the Nuestra Señora de Regla Hospital in the Peravia province, was discharged and handed over to personnel from the institution assigned to that province for being in an irregular immigration status.
