The Patria system began depositing the Co-Responsibility and Training bonus this Friday, November 14, aimed at workers in strategic companies and special payrolls. The announcement was broadcast through the official Patria channel on Telegram.
The amount corresponding to November amounts to 26,640 bolivars, equivalent to 112.66 dollars, according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV), which closed the day at 236.46 bolivars per dollar.
As has happened in previous months, this bonus is delivered exclusively to personnel assigned to institutions such as the Ministry of Defense, Pdvsa, Corpoelec, Cantv and the Presidency, which maintains the differentiation between benefited workers and the rest of the public sector that continues without salary adjustments.

Other payments released this Friday
In parallel, the Ministry of Education reported that also this Friday they began two additional deposits aimed at active and retired personnel in the sector who receive basketticket.
The first corresponds to the End of the Year Income against the Economic War – November 2025 – with an amount of 4,680 bolivars, equivalent to 19.79 dollars, intended for workers and retirees within the framework of the holiday season.
The second accredited payment is the Increase in the Employee’s General Cestaticket (ICGE), for 28,080 bolivars (118.75 dollars), which is delivered as a supplement to cover food expenses due to the stagnation of the base salary.
