The NGO noted that the number of people deprived of liberty for political reasons has remained the same since last week.
The Penal Forum organization reported 882 political prisoners in the country until November 10. He reported that of this group 59 people are in condition of forced disappearance.
Penal Forum highlighted that there are 85 people with foreign nationality who are imprisoned in the country. In his report on November 10, he noted that the majority are Colombians and Spanish.

When presenting the details, he indicated that the group is made up of 766 men, 116 women, 709 civilians and 173 military personnel.
Regarding the age composition, it reported that 878 are adults and four are adolescents.
The four detained teenagers are Abraham Rivero and Luisneidel Zúñiga, who have been imprisoned in La Guaira for more than a year; Ángel González served one year and two months under arrest, while Gabriel Rodríguez has been detained in Lara for nine months.
Foro Penal specified that in the group there are 724 people who have not been convicted.
According to the organization’s history, from 2014 to date, 18,579 people have been detained in Venezuela for political reasons.
