In a private car
- Take the North Highway towards Briceño and continue along the Sogamoso – Ventaquemada – Vía Jenesano route.
- The journey from Bogotá to Tunja lasts about 4 hoursin an approximate distance of 139 kilometers.
- From Tunja you must pass through Villapinzón and Soracáon an additional trip of 2 hours.
- Once in Zetaquirá, access to the waterfall requires a final tour of 45 minutes.
2. By intermunicipal bus
- From the Salitre Terminalcompanies such as Copetrán, Rápido Duitama or Expreso Brasilia offer routes to Tunja.
- The trip lasts around 3 hourswith passages between $40,000 and $45,000 COP.
- From Tunja, you can take another bus to Zetaquirá for an approximate cost of $30,000 COPon a tour of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
