Vizcarra is accused of having received S/ 2.3 million from the construction companies Obrainsa and ICCGSA. The Public Ministry requests 15 years in prison for the crime of passive bribery. In addition, the Attorney General’s Office demands civil compensation of S/ 4.6 million.
The next and last hearing is scheduled for Thursday, November 20, where Vizcarra will exercise his right to material defense. That day civilly responsible third parties will also intervene.
