People First: Miguel del Castillo presents his presidential plan

Yesterday, Wednesday, November 12, Miguel del Castillo presented his candidacy for the presidency of Peru for the primaries of the People First party.

The Social Pact Campaign Command of the People First Party summoned the media to the official presentation of the pre-candidacy of the founder of the political organization.

The event took place at 10:30 am at Miraflores 165, Magdalena. But it was also transmitted via videoconference with party headquarters in Cusco, Ica and Piura.

In this way, the presidential formula was presented, the same one that is completed with Luis Machicao (Cusco), First Vice President; Rocío Pizarro (Ica), Second Vice President; Marcelino Salazar Bacilio (National Leader), Accessory; Jenny García Mendoza (Piura), Accessory.

This presentation is given within the framework of the political process with a view to the internal elections of People First, in which the party’s presidential candidacy will be defined.

PAW WITH PATAZ

Recently, Miguel del Castillo was seen with the mayor of Pataz, Aldo Carlos Mariños. Mariños entered the Palace to meet with President José Jerí after leading a rally in Plaza San Martín, on October 13. In that mobilization, the leader of Primero La Gente dedicated himself to amplifying the mayor’s call through social networks and, in addition, suggested to Jerí that he not include former Dina Boluarte ministers in his cabinet.

“The people’s dialogue with the new government is coming. If Dina’s partners continue, there will be no agreement,” Del Castillo wrote at the time, playing against the mayor and Jerí.

“How has the mayor of Pataz mobilized 500 people (to the march)? How has he had that logistics? That costs money,” said the former president of the National Mining Society (SNMPE), Carlos Gálvez. And, as is known, the mayor of Pataz has a timely closeness with some relevant actors in illegal mining in Pataz.

MARISOL’S TURN

“We come from different paths, from different experiences and places in the country,” explains lawyer Marisol Pérez Tello on her social networks. “But we share something bigger than ourselves: the desire to serve. We are united by the idea of ​​a Peru where justice protects, territory connects and security is part of everyday life.” In this way Marisol Pérez Tello announced her plank, which will be officially presented today, Thursday, November 13. “For a Peru that recognizes its differences, but walks united. For a safe, fair and inclusive Peru. Always, People First.”

In the first vice presidency is Raúl Molina, former Secretary of Decentralization of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers during the government of Dina Boluarte, and consultant on institutional reform and decentralization. And in the second vice presidency is Manuel Ato, philosopher and professor.
