According to the former president of the Senate, the PAN members use “permanent provocation, constant insult, absolute lack of respect as a systematic argument and the constant search to derail the sessions is unacceptable and their actions must have consequences for those who behave in this way or those who, with their silence or inability, validate that action.”
Noroña insisted in the document that the members of the blue and white team are characterized by a lack of respect.

“Beyond the right of every legislator to speak whatever he wants on the platform, the PAN parliamentary group has not been content with launching false accusations of links with drug trafficking, maliciously pointing out such links to our entire parliamentary group, without presenting a single piece of evidence, a very serious and absolutely disrespectful fact,” he said.
Fernández Noroña accused Ricardo Anaya of not coordinating the PAN bench. “Either he plays good cop and bad cop, or the coordinator has no capacity or influence in his parliamentary group,” he said.
Noroña has been in constant confrontation for several months with members of the PAN, who have asked him to explain how he bought a 12 million pesos house in Morelos.
