MINSA reports 141 new positive cases, 1 death and 31 patients in ICU due to Covid-19

The Ministry of Health in its epidemiological report for this Tuesday, November 2, counts 141 new positive cases for a cumulative total of 472,877.

The number of recovered patients to date amounts to 463,542, while 7,330 new tests were applied, which maintains a positivity percentage of 1.9%.

In the last 24 hours, 1 death was registered, totaling a cumulative 7,318 and a fatality of 1.5%.

Active cases total 2,017, while 1,764 are reported in home isolation and 83 patients are in hospital hotels.

The hospitalized number 139 patients of which 31 are in the intensive care room.

The authorities remind the population that, although the vaccination process advances, it is important not to lower our guard since the battle against COVID-19 has not been won

A new batch with 100,620 new doses of vaccines from the pharmaceutical company Pfizer arrived in the country on Tuesday, which will allow the vaccination process carried out by Operation PanavaC-19 to continue throughout the country.
