A 39-year-old man, identified as Daniel Alejandro Gutiérrez Parucho, was captured by police officers from the municipality of Sucre (Petare), Miranda, after being accused of killing his ex-brother-in-law.
In a publication from the aforementioned police force, it is stated that the bloody incident occurred last Sunday in an apartment located in the Lomas del Ávila urbanization, in the aforementioned Mirandino municipality. Gutiérrez Parucho went to visit his ex-brother-in-law Omar Antonio Ramírez Hernández (45) and they began drinking alcoholic beverages.
During that evening of drinks, an argument arose between Daniel and Omar. In the midst of this situation, Daniel took a knife and stuck it in various parts of Omar’s body, causing his death.
The neighbors heard the noise coming from the apartment and alerted the urban planning security guard, who in turn informed Polisucre, whose agents guarded the scene until the arrival of Cicpc officials to remove the body and enter it into the Bello Monte morgue.
Upon arrival, Polisucre agents detained the alleged murderer to be handed over to the Public Ministry from where they would begin the criminal prosecution of the subject.
