The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) remains active in the south of the country, added to the detection of a semi-permanent low pressure will generate a pattern of variable rains in the Venezuelan territory.
The information was published on the Telegram channel of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh), where they estimate that fragmented cloudiness and partially clear skies are expected in most of the country in the morning.
However, some cloudy areas with variable rainfall are expected in the south and east, specifically in Guayana Esequiba, Bolívar, Amazonas and parts of Miranda. Precipitation is also expected over the Lake Maracaibo area.
In the afternoon and evening, they predict that due to the atmospheric conditions, cloudiness will increase significantly, and will generate scattered showers and eventual electrical activity in the southern and eastern regions with the states of Guayana Esequiba, Delta Amacuro, southern Bolívar and Amazonas.
Precipitation will also affect the western plains and Andean areas, specifically in Apure, Barinas, Andes and Zulia. Some scattered rains are not ruled out in the east of Falcón and in the Central Region.
