After a midweek round with a positive result for Palmeiras, the weekend round of the Brazilian Championship reversed the situation and was largely beneficial for Flamengo. The highlight was the first goal for the Rio Grande do Sul tricolor, when Carlos Vinícius hid behind goalkeeper Brenno and stole the ball after the opponent dropped it on the ground. Grêmio’s other goal was scored by Marlon, while Bareiro and Matheus Pereira scored for Leão Ceará. Fortaleza is in 19th place, with 30 points, while Grêmio has 40, in 14th.
