Participants of the National High School Examination (Enem) who were affected by logistical problems on the day of the exam or affected by some type of infectious disease listed in the notice may request the exam to be reapplied through the Participant Page.
The cases, according to the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep), will be judged individually.
For reapplication purposes, logistical problems are considered to be “supervening, peculiar, occasional or force majeure factors”, including:
- Natural disasters that hamper the application of the exam due to compromised infrastructure at the location;
- Lack of electricity that compromises the visibility of the race due to the absence of natural light;
- Error in executing an application procedure that results in proven harm to the participant.
In Rio Bonito do Iguaçu, a municipality in Paraná affected by the passage of a tornado last Friday (7), the Enem exam was suspended due to the destruction caused by the climate phenomenon.
Request
The approval or disapproval of the request to retake the test must be consulted via the email address enem.inep.gov.br/participant. Inep reinforces that the participant will not be able to take the exam outside the physical spaces, dates and times defined.
“Failure to attend the tests on the dates and times informed by Inep will constitute absence of the participant, with no second opportunity to take the tests”, highlighted the institute.
The reapplication of the tests, for the cases foreseen in the notice, will take place on the 16th and 17th of December.
