Mazatlán, Sinaloa November 9, 2025.- Governor Rubén Rocha Moya, accompanied by Mireya Sosa, Secretary of Tourism and Estrella Palacios, Mayor of Mazatlán, led the awarding of the first places on the Long and Short routes of L’Étape Mazatlán by Tour de France, held this Sunday at the port.

3rd Place. Alejandra Romero – CDMX

1st Place. Andrea Elizabeth Martínez -Sinaloa

The race participants thanked the president for holding these events that enhance Sinaloa, in addition to inviting him to participate in the upcoming sporting events scheduled in Mazatlán.
With these actions, the Government of Sinaloa promotes sports, tourism and healthy coexistence, in addition to diversifying the offer of events for recreation and social strengthening of Sinaloans and visitors who attend these types of events.
