A fire destroyed four rustic homes in the back of the National University of Frontera in the western sector of the province of Sullana.

The incident began around 9 pm on Thursday, November 6 in the Cielo Azul sector. According to neighbors, the fire started in one of the houses and quickly spread to the rest of the properties. They had to tear down the walls so that the flames did not spread to more houses in this area, where a fire also occurred weeks ago.
The victims indicated that they lost thousands of soles in electrical appliances, furniture and other belongings. They even reported that several animals such as pigs, goats and birds were burned to death in the pens.
Firefighters from Company 43 of Sullana, as well as the districts of Bellavista and Marcavelica, arrived at the area and were able to completely extinguish the fire in this sector.
